It varies by model. OEM minimums run from 1,000 pcs on the CL-400 camping lantern to 3,000 pcs on the 800 lumen headlamps (your logo plus your own retail box). The CL-800 lantern minimum is confirmed per order. If you are not ready to commit to a full program, we accept trial orders from 500 pcs in our standard packaging.
Yes. Different models can be combined in one order; state the split you want and we will quote and book it accordingly.
We are an export supplier. Our buyers are US importers, brands and hardware chains, so our pricing and packaging are set up for wholesale and private-label programs rather than single-unit retail.
Samples are charged at cost and credited back in full against your first order. Courier is at your account or quoted separately. We normally send 2–3 units, typically within one week of confirming the model.
Yes for domestic delivery inside China, for example to a sourcing office. For direct export to a US address, samples travel through our own forwarder in Chongqing — tell us the destination and we will quote the courier with the sample.
Prices are quoted FOB Ningbo. Delivered (DDP) to your US warehouse is available and quoted on request. Reference pricing on this site is indicative — the final figure is confirmed in writing against the exact model, output, packaging and order quantity you select.
30% T/T deposit with the order and 70% against the B/L copy. L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Nothing else is required to start.
Yes — a 13% VAT special invoice is available for the models we quote. If your own accounting needs a different document, tell us and we will confirm what we can provide.
We do. The China-side export documents, booking and customs clearance are ours to manage, so you deal with one counterpart instead of several.

Retail color box plus a master carton, export packed. Carton dimensions, units per carton and gross weight are confirmed per model in the quotation, so the figures you plan your freight against are the ones on the order.

Color-box artwork is proofed after the order is placed, and the print run starts once you approve the proof.
Your logo on the product and your own retail box, with your own model numbering — no tooling fee. ODM work is possible as well. Send us the artwork or the spec you want matched and we will confirm what the factory can do.
Tell us you are ready to brief the box print and we will send the factory's requirements (file format, bleed and colour values) so the first proof is the right one.
